To login,:

• Enter your FORM FOUR INDEX NUMBER as Username:
  
• Enter Your Surname in CAPITAL LETTER as Password:
• Then Click Login Button:

Example:
If your First name is  ZWANGENDA Surname is MSUMARI and your form Four            
Index Number is S0504/0250 - 2001
Then: Use S0504/0250 - 2001 as a username,
and MSUMARI in Capital Letter as Password:
For those who have more than one form four index Number, example
S0504/0250 - 2001;P0504/0250 - 2001, use S0504/0250 - 2001 as username and
MSUMARI in Capital Letter as Password:

Note: There is a no space before  and after a dash ( - ) in your index Number.

2: HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR LETTER AND OTHER DOCUMENTS:
After Successfully Login:

• Click the PDF Icon ( ) located at top right to Download your Admission Letter.
• After Downloading admission Letter, Click the link named "Other Documents" on the left side
  on the User Menu.
• There are Three Documents, click the "Download Button" next to each Document to Download.
• Logout
   

NOTE: All Required Documents are submitted in Hard Copy as indicated in your Admission Letter:
