The University of Dodoma is a public institution, established in March 2007 following the signing of a Charter by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete. As a University, our core responsibility is to provide a conducive environment for teaching and learning, knowledge generation and community service.The educational programmes that are offered have been carefully designed to suite a wide range of clientele. Individual students have the opportunity to choose programmes depending on their interest and convenience. We wish therefore to invite individuals, institutions, development partners, the private sector, and well wishers to join us in this exciting initiative. Embracing knowledge is our motto. We are committed to create an outstandingly attractive enviroment to study and work.
